Dan Jellinek is founder of Headstar and is a specialist in government, public policy and how digital technologies are used by government, in politics and by people with disabilities. In 2008, he became a founder member of PEP-NET, a European Commission-funded network in the field of e-democracy (www.pep-net.eu). Dan also works with the publishing and events company Headstar on issues such as e-democracy (www.headstar.com).

James is a business forecaster, trends watcher and published author. James is visiting professor of forecasting and innovation at De Montfort University, Leicester, UK. After a spell in journalism and consulting, he worked for the Henley Centre for Forecasting, London, and went on to head worldwide market intelligence at Philips Consumer Electronics, the Netherlands, before returning to the UK. www.woudhuysen.com

Peter Cochrane is an investor, technology forecaster and chief executive. He was former chief technology officer at BT from 1999. After BT, Peter set up a start-up company, ConceptLabs - which he founded with a group out of Apple Computers in 1998 in Silicon Valley. In 2006, Peter formed a new virtualised global operation, Cochrane Associates, to exploit the new business opportunities afforded by the latest technologies. www.cochrane.org.uk

Elizabetta is an entrepreneur in the process of building Tereca, a new business offering a mobile internet service. Prior to starting Tereca, Elizabetta was at the prestigious technology consulting company Gartner as Director of their Telecoms and New Media practice. Elizabetta has also worked for the international mobile giant in the company’s Global Corporate Strategy Division. She has an MBA from the London Business School.
